Ontario Police Memorial

Members of police services across Ontario didn’t let the rain stop them from paying tribute to our fallen heroes at the 17th annual Ontario Police Memorial at Queen’s Park in Toronto on May 1.

The Ceremony of Remembrance is held each year on the first Sunday in May as a way to honour fallen officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in order to keep our communities safe.

The site of the Ontario Police Memorial is one of the stops we make on our Ride to Remember in September. Our team of riders will arrive at the memorial on Wednesday, September 21, as we make our way to the National Police and Peace Officers’ Memorial, where we will arrive on Saturday, September 24. The riders will then take part in the memorial ceremony on Sunday, September 25.
